When will my items arrive?

We post all our items via Royal Mail Special Delivery via 1pm*. You can track your item's journey via the tracking provided after your purchase. Your item will need signing for when it arrives. 

Items purchased Monday - Thursday (exculding bank holidays) before 2pm are guaranteed next day delivery*

 

Do you offer payment plans?

We do have a layaway option. Full payment is required within 60 days.  Please contact us at sales@lincsjewellery.co.uk for more information. 

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we only accept payment via bank transfer.

We hope to offer alternatives in the future.

I have received my order but it is faulty/damaged

In the unlikely event this occurs, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order via sales@lincsjewellery.co.uk. You will be required to send your item back to us via Royal Mail Special Delivery. We will then assess the item prior to offering an exchange or refund if the item is faulty.
